Home Repairs & Maintenance
Most contractors only want the big jobs. That leaves homeowners stuck with a running toilet, a door that will not close, a patch of rot under the eaves, or a hundred other small problems that never quite justify a full renovation.
We take those jobs. The same crew that rebuilds a bathroom also fixes the squeaking stair and rehangs the gate. There is no minimum job size and no "we will get back to you" that never happens.

Repairs — common questions
Is there a minimum job size?
No. We would rather fix the small thing now than have it become a large thing later. If a job is genuinely too small to be worth our travel, we will tell you honestly rather than quote you for something you can do yourself.
Can you match existing materials and finishes?
Usually, yes. Bring us a photo and, where possible, an offcut or the original product name. Older and discontinued materials cannot always be matched exactly, and we will say so up front rather than leaving you with a visible patch you did not expect.
What does a repair cost?
It depends on access, what is behind the surface, and how long the fix takes — which is often not obvious until we open it up. We look at the job, explain what we found, and give you a firm number before any work starts. You will never get a surprise invoice from us.
