You have probably heard this one before. The tiler is waiting on the plumber. The plumber says the framing was wrong. The carpenter says nobody told him the schedule moved. Meanwhile your bathroom has been unusable for three weeks and every one of them has a reason it is not their fault.
When one crew carries the whole job, that entire conversation disappears. The rough-in, the waterproofing, the tile and the trim are one continuous piece of work with one schedule and one person answering your calls.
It is also why we do not simply subcontract everything out and put our name on it. The trades on your job are our own.

Trades are sequenced by us, not negotiated between strangers. Delays get absorbed rather than passed to you.

That is the one thing on this list we turn down. If you are looking for someone to build a house from the ground up, we are not your crew and we will tell you so on the first call rather than waste your time.
Everything else — renovating, repairing, rebuilding, replacing — is what we do, and we would rather be genuinely good at that than claim to do everything.
